Our desire is that God will be glorified in our lives. We are a new family. Please pray for us as we are beginning our journey together.

Washington, Idaho and Montana

Who knew it’d be so hard to keep up with the blog updates while on the trip? Each day is filled with exciting events and lessons, which makes it difficult to keep up. But we are trying. J
Let us just write a quick update.

WASHINGTON
We departed from Portland Oregon on Wednesday, heading toward Seattle Washington, drove by Mt. Saint Helens, but it was just too foggy to see the top of it.

At Seattle, WA, we visited The Museum of Flight, which needs probably a few days to be able to see it all and read about each item. It’s great to be sure of God’s Laws in nature, and be able to explore, invent and use new inventions for good. Think about it:  people were not able to fly a hundred years ago (in an airplane).

IDAHO
On Friday, we came to Moscow, Idaho, late at night to a wonderful family, who invited us in, never seeing us before. The Lord, in His Providence, took care of a place to stay for us in the last moment, as we were praying about it. We learned a lot from the Zakariasens: hospitality, child training, disaster preparedness, business, etc. Just a blessed time!

We stopped by Canon Press and bought a few books. (http://www.canonpress.org/store/pc/home.asp).
After leaving it, we headed down to Nuart theatre where we met (last minute, helped by Nuart’s staff) with Jim Wilson, a lively man in his eighties, who is a visionary and whose sons are men of God, leaders in the Christian community. (http://www.nuarttheater.com/The_Nuart_Theater/NUART.html) This theatre is used for ministry, where free movies are shown, and discussions are led by volunteer staff. One of Jim’s well-known writings is “How to be Free from Bitterness” (http://www.crchurch.com/web_documents/bitterness_free_from.pdf).

MONTANA
Currently, we are in Columbia Falls, Montana, staying with brother in Christ, James – once again, by God’s Providence, whom we met upon arriving. Today, James took us to Glacier National Park, which is just B R E A T H – T A K I N G at this time of the year. It was very windy and cold, but the creation of God is just so magnificent, so amazing!

We hope to get to talk with brother Chuck Baldwin before heading south toward Denver visiting Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore along the way.
Thank you for praying for us!
